M/I Homes, Inc., one of the largest home builders in the country, has taken the next step in home design to fit the way people live today. The Cheswicke model, designed to fulfill the needs of any buyer, is now open in The Sanctuary community in Zionsville, Ind.
The new Cheswicke model focuses on the flexibility, functionality and efficiency that buyers desire. The home offers families plenty of options to personalize their space. This sophisticated style was accomplished through a partnership with interior design firm Mary Cook Associates. Focusing on seven fundamental principles of design, called the art of space, the Chicago-based firm implements a holistic approach to design in the homes.
