Since Ohio-based M/I Homes first appeared in the Illinois market in 2007, they have kept up a steady pace in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.  Their newest community at Church Street Station had the exciting distinction of being only moments away from the popular Metra commuter-rail, making the community an obvious choice for commuting professionals.

Mary Cook Associates helped M/I create two single family townhomes to appeal to the demographic - young couples and single professionals, many of them first time buyers.  The models integrated custom details that maximized space and created a greater perceived value, including a luxurious walk up wine bar, cosy fireplace seating, and built in kitchen media & shelving space.
