SEVEN OAKS COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE

A clubhouse that is so much more in Wesley Chapel, Fla.

Seven Oaks, a master-planned community outside of Tampa Bay developed by Crown Communities, caters to the family buyer. In designing the clubhouse, which also functioned as the sales center, Mary Cook & Associates wanted to create an inviting atmosphere for homeowners and their guests. Using a rich color palette and relaxed traditional furniture choices, the multi-purpose center gives parents and kids an exciting setting with books and multi-media stations as well as a cozy café and home-theater.
