A converted Chicago office building is transformed

When Centrum Properties sought to redevelop the old Montgomery Ward headquarters into luxury condominiums overlooking the Chicago River, the developers called upon Mary Cook & Associates to design model home interiors that awaken the homes with smart use of space. Mirrors on the fireplace wall create a roomier feel along with a clean-line furniture style. The contemporary interiors, which include a bar between the kitchen and dining room, present a new level of luxury in the emerging River North neighborhood.
