Completed as a neighborhood revitalization project, the Midtown Crossing complex features shops, restaurants and entertainment, all bordering a family-friendly green space that hosts a farmer’s market and various seasonal activities. MCA was tasked with re-imagining the design of two model units with a goal of creating cosmopolitan interiors that would capture the interest of local buyers in two distinct demographics - young professionals and older 'empty-nesters'.  These needs were addressed using a combination of upscale finishes, vivid color and pattern, luxurious textures and sleek shapes that evoked the idea of sophisticated comfort.
