SEVEN OAKS COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE

A clubhouse that is so much more in Wesley Chapel, Fla.

Seven Oaks, a master-planned community outside of Tampa Bay developed by Crown Communities, caters to the family buyer. In designing the clubhouse, which also functioned as the sales center, Mary Cook Associates wanted to create an inviting atmosphere for homeowners and their guests. Using a rich color palette and relaxed traditional furniture choices, the multi-purpose center gives parents and kids an exciting setting with books and multi-media stations as well as a cozy café and home-theater.
