At this active adult community in Hamilton, New Jersey, Mary Cook & Associates designed three different model homes to draw the wide-ranging tastes of the prospective buyers. The Fountainbleau, the Sundance and the Ventana are all designed to showcase the multiple options for secondary room usage. Each model opened the eyes of prospective buyers to the possibilities of having a guest bedroom, hobby room or entertainment haven. The firm successfully collaborated with the builder, Robertson Douglass, to attract a diverse group to this community.
