and hip urban condominium building that would immediately connect with homebuyers.

ACTION: In order to cater to the high-end buyer in a prime Chicago location near Michigan Avenue, Mary Cook & Associates designed a sleek, clean and modern vision of life in the city's central corridor. Attention-grabbing touches included bright-colored furniture with stark patterns and striking accessories. Daring design elements were utilized without sacrificing comfort and all-around livability.

RESULTS: Since the model homes were introduced, The Fairbanks sold 20 homes in less than three months. "The model homes helped potential buyers imagine how vibrant day-to-day life would be like at The Fairbanks," said Nathalie Tourre, sales manager for CityFront Plaza.
